The Islay Life- Bunnahabhain Beach

It might not be a beach to rival the Côtes d´Azures, but Bunnahabhain offers the perfect point to take in the sea air and pure seawater that some say fortifies our spirit. John will tell you that nothing but natural spring water, malted barley and yeast go into our spirit, however, your pallate will often be coloured by the surroundings in which you consume. A dram beside a welcoming peat fireside will always conjure up dark peaty undertones, however, tasting a dram on our beach will remind you of the pure blue waters of Bunnahabhain and forever welcome you to the gentle taste of Islay.

'...[it's] the sea air and pure spring water that some say fortifies our spirit.'
