Postage & Packing
Our online shop here in Bunnahabhain bay is a little different from the rest of the whisky world. Every order we recieve is packaged and posted on site at the distillery. This means that every bottle is packaged not 100 yards from where it was produced, we just think it's better if you get things directly. Each package is then taken by Lillian to the island post office and mailed by hand. With this in mind we have some top tips for getting the most out of our shop for those of you who would like to sample the gentle taste.
1. Firstly and most important. We are sorry but we can't send Bunnahabhain to the USA or Canada. If you really want to pick up a bottle then email us directly and we can direct you to a retailer in your area.
2. If you are ordering more than one bottle please order them separately. If you order more than one bottle on the site we will have to charge you for postage of both items together. This might sound odd but we are aware that postage costs above 2kg are very expensive and we want you all to enjoy the fruits of our labour.
For example, if you order two bottles separately of Bunnahabhain it will cost you £21.38 (£10.69 each) in postage. If you order two bottles together it will cost at least £37.75 depending on where in the world you are.
