Nose: Rich moist fruit cake, lovely sherry aroma balanced by a fresh saltiness
Palate: Wonderful balance of flavours delivered in waves, sherried oak, slightly oily, developing nutty chocolate maltiness, some toffee caramel and a touch of honey. Try this lovely dram without adding water
Finish: Long, spicy and dry with balanced oak. A hint of cocoa and saltiness in the tail. A fine example of how beautifully Bunnahabhain develops with longer maturation.
